Adopted the MAP and AIMSWEB tests to be used 3-times a year for the 2010-2011 school year
Included in the 2010-2011 school calendar professional development days for DATA RETREATS

Organized a DATA team
Assigned Lori Tremayne as "Test Coordinator"
DATA team and ESU staff organized Professional Days and DATA Retreats--These days were spent training staff on how to use the new test information and reports
Collaborated with ESU staff, Bobbi Hightree and Jim Hopkins, to develop a data warehouse and train staff on the program called "A View from the Loft"
In the spring, Lori Tremayne, started to use goal settings with the teaching staff and principals for the last series of tests
